- The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Original proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you desire.
